Please be aware, if you live in Wyoming, all sessions are via telehealth.

In teen and family therapy, our main objectives are to improve communication and support the establishment of constructive rules and boundaries. We also want to foster respect among family members. Counseling for Teens

We are here if your teen or adolescent needs a patient, compassionate counselor. To better understand your youth's identity and mental health requirements, our therapists will work with them. We collaborate with them to develop a treatment strategy for their health and emotional well-being.

Family Counseling

When dealing with therapy for adolescents, family therapy is essential. For behavioral changes and communication to be successful, parents and other caregivers must be involved.

Families occur in many different forms, sizes, and configurations. We acknowledge that a “family” comprises more than just your biological relatives. We have worked with families that have experienced divorce and remarriage, grandparents who are more involved in parenting, LGBTQ families, adoptive families, and families that combine different cultural backgrounds.
